Terrible Interface

I could write a lengthly tome of how difficult it was to set up my two DCS 5020L cameras, my DCS 5009, my 2 DCS 930s, my one 933 camera, and my five smart plugs

In essence it takes TWO HOURS to finally get them connected, firmware updates are hit or miss, yes using an ethernet cable.

Currently I am on the third hour trying to set up my latest smart plug. The experience gets more difficult with every app update.

Please fix the

1)Set up process
2)Firmware update process
3)overall stability
