Horrible update!

After update the app tells me to upgrade the firmware on a motion detector but wont let me do it unless Im connected to my home networks Wi-Fi. The problem is, I am connected
to my home networks Wi-Fi. Then crashes when I check the camera. Using iPhone 5.
