Update 3.0

Get into the app. It states my plug firmware needs update. It downloads, installs, says to reboot. And then when it comes back only it states there is new firmware. Ive run this update now 3 times. It still is not working and still states there is a firmware update needed.
This update is a week late and has issues. So now without the updated firmware my plug is useless.
Update, tried the update again. Installed the software. Once the software installs it states "Please reboot your device". I have checked the manual and no where does it state how to do a reboot.
I hate this update
